Freedom of Speech and Freedom after the Speech

Even a symbolic protest against the Obama regime, technically allowed under the First Amendment, has been criminalized in Obama’s America. A recent news article reports: “Campus police at the University of Kentucky are investigating two incidents in which a sign was hung that used a racial slur to refer to President Barack Obama. Police spokesman Jay Blanton says a professor found the first one on March 15 hanging on a door to the UK School of Law and turned it in. A law student found another sign Thursday on a bus shelter. Blanton says campus police could charge whoever posted the signs with third-degree criminal mischief.”

Now how is an easily removed sign “criminal mischief”? Someone had an opinion and they expressed it by placing a sign out in public. Whoever placed the sign apparently knew how the liberal university authorities would react, but they did it anyway, perhaps just to show a little defiance.

We are not told what the “racial slur” on these forbidden campus signs is. It may have been the N-word or perhaps Obama was likened to some tree-dwelling primate. In any case, the idea of “criminally investigating” anyone for simply using a word is exactly what is NOT supposed to happen in America. It’s like the old joke about Soviet Russia having “freedom of speech” while America had both freedom of speech and freedom after the speech.

Our freedom of speech is gradually being taken away from us. Notice that Blacks have become so special and protected that even uttering an unflattering slang term is considered socially unacceptable. White people need to have the courage to talk about racial differences and the consequences that result from White people being replaced by Third World people in our own homelands.
