White man wins racial discrimination case, San Francisco to pay $1 million in attorneys' fees!

White Takes Action Against Anti-White Discrimination

By Mark Farrell

In America today, if you’re white, you’re routinely discriminated against by the government and most large companies. This is because of laws put into place by George Bush I, which made companies guilty-until-proven-innocent when dealing with discrimination suits, which in turn made it easier for companies to discriminate against whites than deal with people on an equitable basis.

Added to this, the government has long discriminated against whites ever since the 1960s–perhaps, in an attempt to appease rioters by giving them government jobs. Whatever the rationale, it is well-known that the government routinely discriminates against whites and has done so for quite some time, particularly when dealing with the results from testing.

As a result of this, some whites have, from time to time, fought against these anti-white discrimination policies that are prevalent throughout our society, whether these policies are anti-white educational directives that give non-white students preference like those in Michigan, preferential loans for non-whites, or even the anti-white discrimination policies that many white workers see on a daily basis at their job sites.

In a more recent case in San Francisco, a white worker proved the anti-white discrimination policies and was lucky enough to have an unbiased jury who was willing to admit this simple truth. (In some cases, white claims are rejected by non-white juries, who feel that non-whites deserve preferential treatment and that equality just isn’t right–always demanding more.)

In a more recent case exhibiting the gross injustices that many whites in the workforce experience, the San Francisco International Airport lost a lawsuit that cost them $1.1 million in attorney fees and other costs. While this may seem like a decent amount, it underscores the fact that many other whites have probably been discriminated against there, not to mention the countless other companies and jobs that suffer as a direct result of anti-white discrimination.

S.F. must pay $1 million in attorneys’ fees in discrimination suit

The city of San Francisco must pay about $1 million in attorneys’ fees to a white man who filed a successful race-discrimination suit after he was passed up for a promotion at San Francisco International Airport, a state appeals court ruled Friday.

Allen Harmon won $30,300 in damages in a 2004 verdict by a San Mateo County jury that concluded he was rejected for a supervisor’s job in 1998 at least in part because of his race. A minority candidate got the promotion, and Harmon’s lawyer said he had to wait 16 months to get the same job through a race-neutral civil service promotion. (…Full Article)
